The proposed solution should include a library of scientifically validated assessments, support high-volume candidate screening, and provide tools to identify applicants who are best aligned with position requirements and organizational culture. The system should be fully web-based, accessible without requiring specialized software installation, and allow candidates to complete assessments remotely. The contractor will be responsible for system configuration, customization, and migration of existing applicant data. The contract term will be for two years with the option to renew for five additional one-year periods.
