RFP 26-015 Branding Development and Marketing Strategy Services

The City of Rialto is seeking proposals from qualified professional firms to provide Branding Development and Marketing Strategy Services. The selected firm will conduct research, develop a competitive identity, and produce a complete brand and marketing strategy. The scope of services includes four phases: research and brand assessment, brand development, brand implementation, and city seal revisions and refinements. The firm will be required to provide a fully detailed cost proposal and a technical proposal that describes their approach and understanding of the project. • The City of Rialto has a population of 104,026 and is located in San Bernardino County. • The City is seeking a firm to develop a cohesive future-focused brand that reflects Rialto's identity, values, and vision. • The brand must be adaptable across City departments and communication platforms and support economic development and community engagement. • The firm will be required to conduct research, develop a brand strategy, and produce a complete brand and marketing strategy. • The firm will also be required to provide training to City staff on the new brand and marketing strategy.
