Description
The Georgia World Congress Center Authority is seeking a qualified firm to design, develop, and implement a fully interactive 360-degree virtual tour platform for the Savannah Convention Center. The platform should provide an immersive, user-friendly experience that allows prospective clients and event planners to explore the facility remotely. The scope of services includes virtual tour development, interactive features, technology requirements, hosting and maintenance, data and analytics, branding and marketing integration, and training.
• The virtual tour should include high-resolution 360-degree imagery of exhibit halls, meeting rooms, ballrooms, pre-function areas, and outdoor spaces.
• The platform should be web-based, mobile, tablet, and desktop compatible, and ADA accessible.
• The contractor should provide ongoing technical support, maintenance, and updates, as well as administrative editing capabilities.
• The contractor should also provide user analytics, CRM integration capability, and lead capture functionality.
