Police Vehicle Wash Services

The City of Raleigh is seeking a contractor to provide vehicle wash services for the Raleigh Police Department. The contractor will be responsible for washing and drying the exterior of police vehicles, dressing tires with tire shine, vacuuming the interior, and cleaning the dash, console, and door panels. The contractor must also provide pricing for services per vehicle and designate a different price for each type of police vehicle. The contract will be for a renewable term, and the contractor must comply with all laws, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations, safety standards, and licensing requirements applicable to the conduct of its business. • The contractor must have experience with similar projects and provide a list of at least three references. • The contractor must provide financial information, including audited or reviewed financial statements. • The contractor must provide a comprehensive narrative of its approach to accomplishing the tasks outlined in the scope of work. • The contractor must provide information on its proposed staffing, deployment, and firm of personnel to be assigned to the project. • The contractor must provide a cost proposal, including pricing for services per vehicle.
