RFR DMF-26029 Fishing Derby Trophy Display Case Custom Build

The Division of Marine Fisheries (DMF) is seeking a vendor to design, construct, and install a wooden base and custom display case for the Fishing Derby Cup at Bass Pro Shop in Foxborough, MA. The display case should have a solid base, glass or plastic panels above, and one side should be a lockable door. The vendor will be compensated in accordance with the Commonwealth procurement policy. The contract is expected to start on May 25, 2026, and will last for one year. • The display case should be designed to house a trophy that is 34” wide and 45” tall. • The display case will be installed at Bass Pro Shop in Foxborough, MA. • The vendor must submit their proposal electronically via COMMBUYS. • The evaluation criteria will include the quality of the product, price, and timeliness of installation.
