Description
The Bureau of Land Management is seeking lodging for seasonal firefighters in Winnemucca, NV. The lodging should be within a 1-mile radius of the Winnemucca District Fire Station and should include amenities such as HVAC, TV, kitchenette, and access to laundry. The period of performance is from December 1, 2025, to April 30, 2026. The contractor should provide 2 rooms(units) equivalent to the Hotel-Motel-Triplex option and 1 room(unit) equivalent to the House-Apartment-Modular Home-Park Model option.
• The lodging should be able to accommodate early departures and reductions in the number of rooms needed.
• The rooms should be the employee's primary residence during the field season and should not require check-in and check-out during periods of absence.
• The contractor should provide all utilities, including deposits, if a house or apartment is proposed.
• The accommodations should be furnished and include bed linens, dinnerware, and cooking utensils.
