Ship Towing Services at Naval Station (NAVSTA), Rota, Spain

The Naval Station (NAVSTA) Rota, Spain requires reliable commercial ship towing services to support the safe navigation, docking, and undocking of U.S. Navy Ships and other vessels. The contract is for a period of 5 years with an option to extend for 6 months. The services will be provided in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and priced according to the ELIN Pricing Matrix. The minimum guarantee is 5,000 EUR. • The contractor will provide ship towing services, including submarine and detention stand-by services. • The contractor will ensure that all services are performed in accordance with the PWS and priced according to the ELIN Pricing Matrix. • The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment and personnel to perform the services. • The contract will be awarded based on the best value to the Government, considering factors such as price, technical capability, and past performance.
