Replacing Existing Bus Wash

The Lee County Board of County Commissioners is seeking bids from qualified individuals/firms for the replacement and installation of a drive-through lane style bus wash system. The new system will be located in Lane 2 of the Bus Wash building and will require the removal of existing equipment prior to installation. The project includes all necessary labor, services, materials, equipment, tools, consumables, transportation, skills, and incidentals required for the project. • The project is funded in part or in whole by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and vendors must comply with Federal Grant Requirements. • The project requires the removal of existing arches, brushes, guide rails, pump, compressor, tank, electronics, and other non-functioning equipment. • The new wash system must be compatible with the existing plumbing system. • Bidders must submit their sealed bids electronically via Ion Wave or hand-delivered to the Procurement Management Department. • The County may not accept incomplete bids, and submissions containing corrupted or inaccessible documents may be considered non-responsive.
