Delaware State University (DSU) is seeking a qualified Cisco‑partner to design, migrate, implement, and support a campus‑wide Cisco Webex Calling solution, with an optional Cisco Webex Contact Center add‑on. The three‑year contract (with two possible one‑year extensions) will move the university from its on‑premises Cisco Unified Communications Manager to a cloud‑based telephony platform, integrate with existing Microsoft Teams and Active Directory, and retain local PSTN gateways. The vendor must supply the required licenses, perform network readiness assessments, configure call routing, E‑911 compliance, voicemail, and provide extensive training and documentation. Post‑deployment support (minimum 12 months) and optional managed‑service options are required. The solicitation includes detailed licensing quantities (≈1,200 Webex Calling licenses, optional Contact Center agents, AI assistants, and e‑fax licenses) and expects a full cost breakdown by year.
