The Riverside Unified School District (RUSD) is seeking a single‑vendor supplier to provide fresh bread and tortilla products for its K‑12 nutrition programs under an indefinite‑quantity, one‑year contract (July 1 2026 – June 30 2027) with two optional one‑year renewals. Vendors must meet USDA whole‑grain specifications, adhere to California Proposition 12 farm‑animal confinement standards, and satisfy Buy‑American content requirements. Bids must be submitted in hard copy by May 7, 2026, with samples required for select items, and all certifications (Prop 12, Buy‑American) attached.
• Supply a broad product line—including hamburger buns, hot‑dog buns, English muffins, various tortilla sizes, and specialty whole‑grain rolls—on an as‑needed basis with a ≤ 14‑day lead time.
