Description
The Texas General Land Office and the Texas Veterans Land Board are seeking bids for the replacement of furniture at the Ussery-Roan Texas State Veterans Home in Amarillo, Texas. The contract will include the delivery, installation, and disposal of Kwalu furnishings. The successful bidder will be required to provide all labor, materials, tools, supplies, equipment, insurance, and personnel necessary to complete the project. The contract term is expected to be approximately 90 days.
• The contract includes the delivery and installation of open space furniture for the Texas State Veterans Home.
• The successful bidder must have been in business for at least three years or have principals/owners with at least five years of experience in providing similar services.
• The bidder must provide one point of contact for the project who will coordinate delivery, installation, and other related duties with the GLO/VLB.
• The bidder is responsible for furnishing and delivering items in the specified quantities with "white glove" installation.
• The bidder must ensure that all fabrics and finishes are approved by the manufacturer for use on each furniture item.
