The State of South Carolina is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive janitorial services for four ReadySC training‑center facilities across the state. The work includes daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning of interior spaces, supply of all cleaning equipment and consumables (except toilet paper, paper towels, soap, hand‑sanitizer refills, and trash‑can liners), use of green‑cleaning products, and responsive emergency cleaning. The contractor must staff the work with qualified personnel, maintain background‑check and key‑control procedures, and operate primarily Monday‑Friday, 08:30‑17:00 EST.
• Scope: full‑service cleaning of offices, restrooms, breakrooms, classrooms, industrial training areas, corridors, and custodial closets at four sites.
• Requirements: SC vendor registration, $15 /hr minimum wage, qualified staff (≥ 3 years experience), required insurance and licensing, green‑cleaning compliance, and 50‑mile home‑office proximity.
• Contract: Best‑value, five‑year base period with optional one‑year renewals; unit‑price pricing per year/facility; award expected 7 July 2026.
