The effort will create annual and long‑range marketing plans, design collateral for industrial parks, produce digital and print assets, manage media planning, enhance the county’s website, and provide analytics reporting. The contract ceiling is up to $125,000 over an initial three‑year term with two optional one‑year renewals.
