Description
The Pierce County Board of Commissioners is seeking bids for the rehabilitation improvements of Tiger Field Recreation Park. The project includes the installation of rehabilitation improvements, and all work must be completed within 270 consecutive calendar days of the Notice to Proceed Date. The project is funded by the Department of Natural Resources and the Georgia Department of Community Affairs.
• The project includes rehabilitation improvements for Tiger Field Recreation Park
• All proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in favor of the Owner in the amount of at least 5% of the lump sum bid
• Performance Bond and Payment Bonds are required
• The project is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements
• The Owner reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive informalities
