Extended access solution

The County of Hennepin is seeking proposals for an extended access solution to enable secure, monitored public entry to select library branches outside of regular staffed hours. The solution should be flexible and scalable, allowing for replication at additional branches based on evolving community needs. The County prefers a single contract with one vendor for all components of the extended access solution. Proposers must submit a proposal that includes a cover letter, a profile of the Proposer, a plan for delivering the solution, a narrative of the firm's experience, references, and detailed pricing. • The solution must integrate with the County's Integrated Library System (ILS – Horizon SirsiDynix). • The solution must provide comprehensive technical documentation, staff training, and an operational support model. • The solution must ensure seamless integration with Hennepin County's existing systems. • The Proposer must have experience in implementing similar solutions for other clients, including governmental clients similar in size to Hennepin County.
