Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking quotes for the provision of kosher menu items for the 2nd quarter of FY2026. The contract is a 100% small business set-aside, and any quotes from large businesses will not be considered. The required items include kosher bologna luncheon meat, tuna, sardines, cereal, oatmeal, farina, bread, vegetable juice, potato chips, margarine, dressing, mayonnaise, tartar sauce, tomato catsup, mustard, jelly, peanut butter, sugar substitute, and pastries. All items must be certified kosher and meet the specifications outlined in the solicitation. The contractor will be responsible for delivering the items to the FCI Seagoville facility in Texas.
* The contract is for a fixed price, and the contractor will be paid based on the quantity of items delivered.
* The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
* The contractor must provide a certificate of compliance with the kosher menu specifications.
* The contractor must deliver the items within the specified timeframe, and any deliveries before 12/22/2025 will not be accepted.
* The final day for deliveries is 1/31/2026.
