Notice of Intent to Sole Source-Olympus BX53F2 and BX43 Microscopic Systems

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to negotiate and award a sole source firm-fixed-price purchase order to Evident Scientific MIS, Inc. for the procurement and installation of Olympus BX53F2 and BX43 clinical microscopy systems, integrated camera systems, Cellsens software licenses, and associated accessories. The systems are required to support Hematology diagnostic operations within the NIH Clinical Center. The upgraded microscopy systems will improve diagnostic accuracy, workflow efficiency, staff safety, and laboratory compliance. • Two (2) BX53F2 Dual Observation Microscopes with DP75 Cameras • Two (2) Cellsens software licenses • Three (3) BX43 Microscopes • One (1) DP23 Camera with dual observation attachment • Associated Cellsens software licenses and accessories
