Laserfiche Software User Licensing and Support

The County of Kauai is seeking bids for Laserfiche software user licensing and support. The contract will be for a period of one year, from February 20, 2026, to February 19, 2027. The contractor will be required to provide software and user licensing and support for the County's Laserfiche Rio system, including various products and features. The contractor will also be required to provide support assistance, including automatic access to new product update versions and hotfixes, support assistance with installing product updates and hotfixes, and technical support case response within 4 business hours. • The contract includes various products, such as Forms Portal - Rio, Quick Fields Basic Package, SDK, Participant Users, Import Agent, Rio Named Full User, Pilot Public Portal, Scan Connect, Quick Fields Agent, Forms Professional - Rio, and Records Management. • The contractor will be required to provide support, including unlimited phone, email, and remote support, Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm Hawaii Standard Time. • The contractor will also be required to provide access to the Laserfiche support site and Laserfiche Answers discussion forums, as well as access to the Laserfiche CPP website for certification. • Scheduled, recurring training via webinars and online meetings will also be required.
