Splash Pad Equipment

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking bids for Splash Pad Equipment for the San Angelo State Supported Living Center. The required goods to be provided are Splash Pad Equipment, and the splash pad is for adults and needs to be sized appropriately. The contract term is not specified, but the anticipated contract start date is April 6, 2026. The evaluation criteria include the Bidder's demonstrated experience and ability to provide services and related goods, consideration of the Bidder's business size and scope of all operations, and the Bidder's demonstrated financial capability, financial solvency, and capacity to fulfill the requirements of this IFB. • The Bidder must submit a comprehensive Response which includes all required information and documentation as outlined in the IFB. • The Bidder must have the required experience and qualifications to provide the goods and services described in the IFB. • The Bidder must have the capacity to provide the goods and services described in the IFB. • The Bidder must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards. • The Bidder must provide a Pricing Sheet (Exhibit C) completed with the required information. • The Bidder must submit a signed HHS Solicitation Affirmations (Exhibit A).
