Description
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a high-quality, cost-effective, enterprise course creation SaaS solution that meets federal Section 508 and WCAG 2.0 AA conformant requirements. The solution must be integrated with AgLearn's platform, TotaraGov, a FedRAMP authorized solution. The contractor will provide and manage annual subscription licenses, including 400 licenses to USDA Agencies and AgLearn federal external customers. The solution must include features such as system-enforced accessibility, collaborative course creation, and artificial intelligence-powered course generation.
• The solution must meet all Section 508 WCAG 2.0 AA conformant standards.
• The solution must provide system-enforced accessible output of Section 508 compliance accessibility model.
• The solution must allow all users with active licenses to collaboratively work together on course creation projects and share course assets across organizations.
• The solution must generate Artificial Intelligence (AI) courses that apply generative AI directly to the transformation of source materials into structured, instructionally aligned learning experiences.
• The solution must provide systemic support for Section 508 compliance to Generative AI courses with system-enforced accessibility controls.
