Description
The West Virginia Purchasing Division is seeking a vendor to provide HVAC maintenance services at the Beckley Regional Office. The contract will be awarded to the vendor that provides the lowest total cost. The vendor will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on the HVAC systems, including replacing parts and providing a 12-month warranty. The vendor must have experience maintaining HVAC equipment of the same type and magnitude as that used by the agency. The contract has a value limit of $500,000 and will be awarded for a period of 12 months. Some key responsibilities of the vendor include:
• Performing preventive maintenance on a monthly basis
• Responding to corrective maintenance calls within two hours
• Providing a warranty of 12 months for all labor performed under the contract
• Maintaining a continuous 24-hour emergency telephone service
• Submitting monthly invoices for payment
• Providing quarterly and annual reports to the agency
