Managed Detection and Response Solution

Gratiot-Isabella RESD is seeking a comprehensive Managed Detection and Response (MDR) solution to enhance its cybersecurity posture. The selected vendor will provide continuous monitoring, threat detection, incident response, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and detailed reporting and analysis for 3,191 devices, with an additional 546 devices requiring MDR from December 1, 2026 – August 31, 2027. The contract period will be from February 1, 2026 – August 31, 2027. The MDR solution must include services such as 24/7 monitoring, threat detection, incident response, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and reporting and analysis. • The MDR solution will be for 3,191 devices, with an additional 546 devices requiring MDR from December 1, 2026 – August 31, 2027. • The contract period will be from February 1, 2026 – August 31, 2027. • The MDR solution must include services such as 24/7 monitoring, threat detection, incident response, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and reporting and analysis. • Proposals will be evaluated based on experience and qualifications, service quality, cost, references, implementation plan, and existing MDR solution.
