The County College of Morris is seeking a vendor to provide complete commencement regalia (caps, gowns, tassels, etc.) and diploma covers for its graduation ceremonies. Vendors must meet the technical specifications outlined in the full RFP, comply with New Jersey affirmative‑action, disclosure, and business‑registration statutes, and submit a physical proposal by the deadline. All addenda (four total) must be acknowledged on the proposal form, and proposals will be opened publicly.
• Supply of academic caps, gowns, tassels, and diploma covers for the college’s commencement events.
• Mandatory compliance with NJ statutes: P.L. 975, C.127; P.L. 1999, Chapter 238; P.L. 2004, C.57.
• Proposals must be hand‑delivered to the Purchasing Office by 1 PM on September 30, 2026; no electronic submissions accepted.
• Four addenda have been issued; each must be acknowledged, and any pricing updates are contained in Addendum #1.
• The college reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and will award based on criteria detailed in the RFP under N.J.S.A. 19:44A‑20.4.
