Wayne State University seeks a cloud‑based, SaaS Academic & Clinical Information Management System to manage the full medical‑student lifecycle—from application through graduation. The solution must include secure role‑based access, clinical rotation scheduling, grade capture, affiliation agreement management, native mobile apps, robust reporting/analytics, integrated communications, customizable evaluation templates, case‑log tracking, and bi‑directional API integration with Banner (and other designated systems). The contract is for a three‑year base term starting 1 April 2027, with two optional one‑year extensions, and requires full implementation services, training, ongoing support, SLAs, disaster‑recovery, and compliance with insurance and confidentiality requirements.
• Provide a comprehensive SaaS platform covering student profiles, rotation scheduling, grading, evaluations, case‑log management, and mobile access.
• Deliver open APIs for mandatory bi‑directional integration with the university’s Banner system and other designated applications.
