Clothing Cleaning Services - Police and Fire Departments

The Town of Narragansett is seeking bids for clothing cleaning services for the Police and Fire Departments. The contract will be for a three-year period, starting in December 2025 and ending in December 2028. The successful bidder will be responsible for picking up clothing from the Police and Fire Departments at least twice a week, cleaning and returning the items. The types of clothing include pants, shirts, jackets, and other uniform items. • The contract period is for three years, with the option for annual extensions. • The successful bidder must have at least five years of experience providing professional clothing cleaning and laundry services. • The Town reserves the right to evaluate the performance of the vendor and terminate the contract if necessary. • The successful bidder must provide a fully completed Reference Sheet with at least five references. • The bid prices must be submitted in triplicate, and the successful bidder must agree to perform the contract in strict accordance with the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS.
