Description
The University of South Carolina is seeking a contractor to provide roofing services, including operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of campus roof systems. The contractor must be certified by roofing manufacturers FiberTite and Soprema. The contract will have a maximum term of five years, with an initial term of one year and four one-year options to renew. The contractor will be required to submit a completed Bidding Schedule, which will constitute the Offeror's Cost Proposal.
• The contractor must provide contact information for at least three references.
• The contractor must submit a completed Attachment E Bidding Schedule.
• The contractor must not modify formulas, worksheet structure, or protected cells in the Bidding Schedule.
• The contractor must enter pricing into all blue shaded cells in the Bidding Schedule.
• The contractor must submit the completed Bidding Schedule as a separate Cost Proposal.
