Description
The City of Columbus, Public Utilities Department is seeking an Indefinite Quantity Agreement (IQA) to provide repair, preventive maintenance, and parts for various floor‑scrubber models used across multiple utility sites. The contractor must be factory‑authorized, respond to service calls within 24 hours, and provide pricing for hourly, overtime, holiday, trip, parts markup, and miscellaneous charges. Work will be performed on‑site unless a repair is extensive enough to require off‑site handling. The agreement runs through 30 June 2027 and is estimated to cost about $10 K annually.
• Service coverage includes eight utility locations throughout Columbus, Lockbourne, and Westerville, OH.
• Required pricing lines: hourly rate, overtime (Sat/Sun), holiday rate, trip charge, parts markup, and misc. charges.
• Contractor must be authorized for makes/models such as Tennant T300, Cat Sweeper 2600, Power Boss PB45HLP, Speed Scrub 2001, and Minuteman MC240024QP.
