The City of Cleveland is seeking a vendor to rent and maintain a variety of rubber‑backed, slip‑resistant floor mats for the Nottingham Water‑Treatment Plant. The contract covers bi‑weekly delivery, rotation, cleaning, placement, and pick‑up of mats over a 12‑month service period (13‑month rental term). All shipping and handling costs must be included in the unit prices, and the total contract value may not exceed $5,000. The award will be based on the lowest and best bid.
• Provide and rotate 4 × 6 ft, 3 × 5 ft, and 3 × 10 ft mats plus accessories (dust mop heads, frames, lock handles).
