Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Detention Center Philadelphia, is seeking vendors to provide subsistence food, milk, and bread products. The contract will be a requirements type contract with firm fixed pricing, and deliveries will be made to the Federal Detention Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The Government reserves the right to award to responsible vendors whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government.
• The solicitation will be available on the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website www.SAM.gov.
• Vendors must be registered in www.SAM.gov and willing to accept Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) as a form of payment.
• The anticipated date of award is December 01, 2025.
• The contract requires full delivery by March 22, 2026.
