Design and Construction Services for the Women's Comm Corr Ctr

The Hawaii Community Development Authority is seeking a qualified contractor to provide design and construction services for the Women's Community Correctional Center kitchen expansion and related improvements. The project includes the design and construction of a new kitchen facility and infrastructure upgrades. The contractor will be responsible for managing and administering the various efforts necessary to design, permit, and construct the project. The contract will be a firm fixed-price agreement for the full scope of design and construction services. • The project is located on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. • The contractor will be required to participate in a virtual pre-proposal conference and submit a notice of intent to submit a proposal. • The contractor will be required to submit a statement of qualifications and a proposal. • The contract will be awarded to the contractor that submits the best and final offer. • The contractor will be responsible for providing quality services and management oversight of all processes. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable federal and state laws prohibiting discrimination. • The contractor will be required to provide a performance bond and payment bond. • The contractor will be required to provide insurance coverage for the project.
