Preventive Maintenance and Repair service for the Cryo-Cooler components of a Bruker Biospec 47/40 magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) unit (base year plus two possible one-year option years)

The US FDA, National Center for Toxicological Research (NCTR) is seeking a contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance and Repair service for the Cryo-Cooler components of a Bruker Biospec 47/40 magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) unit. The contract will be for a base year with two option years. The contractor will be required to provide one scheduled on-site planned preventive maintenance, calibration, and certification of the instrument per year, as well as unlimited on-site corrective maintenance/repairs within 3 business days of call for service. The contractor must also provide certified Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts for all repairs and maintenance, and have access to the manufacturer's latest technical developments, repair procedures, application updates, diagnostic software, and planned maintenance procedures. Some key requirements include: * Providing one scheduled on-site planned preventive maintenance, calibration, and certification of the instrument per year * Providing unlimited on-site corrective maintenance/repairs within 3 business days of call for service * Providing certified Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts for all repairs and maintenance * Having access to the manufacturer's latest technical developments, repair procedures, application updates, diagnostic software, and planned maintenance procedures * Providing unlimited software and firmware updates, as required by the OEM
