Description
The Bureau of Fiscal Service (Fiscal Service) intends to contract with Infopro Digital, Inc. on a sole source basis for RiskNet Premium Data Subscriptions. The subscription provides access to current scholarly and professional publications providing broad coverage on risk in the financial markets. The database must provide reporting and analysis of the latest issues in the risk management and derivatives industry. The required content includes online periodicals such as Risk, Operational Risk and Analysis, and Journal of Risk. The period of performance for the purchase order is anticipated to be a twelve (12) month base period with the Period of Performance (PoP) from 3/28/2026 - 3/27/2027.
• The contractor must provide reporting and analysis of the latest issues in the risk management and derivatives industry.
• The database must be available through a multi-channel platform including Waters, Inside Reference Data, Inside Market Data, Sellside Technology and Buyside Technology.
• The contractor must provide a brief capabilities statement that includes a description of their company's standard line of business and a list of customers to whom they currently provide the specific required content.
