Ticketing Services for the Fair

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is for the Coconino County Parks and Recreation Department to obtain the services of an Independent Contractor to provide Electronic Ticketing and Support Services for the Coconino County Fair. The term of the contract shall be for five years, beginning the date this Contract is approved. The Independent Contractor shall provide the County with the following services and products: a ticketing solution software, laptops, printers, printer paper, and ticket scanning equipment, act as a third party for merchant processing, provide training support, extended hours telephone support, access to reports of ticket sales and demographic data, and more. • The Electronic Ticketing and Support Services will be awarded for the entire Coconino County Fair. • The Independent Contractor shall provide the County with a ticketing system that meets CCPR needs, including the ability to sell tickets online and through a box office during the Fair. • The Independent Contractor shall provide equipment that satisfies the needs of CCPR, including scanners to authenticate tickets and computers or other equipment to operate box office sales. • The Independent Contractor shall provide easy to use reporting system with various reporting options. • The Independent Contractor shall provide references of other fairs or similar events that have utilized Independent Contractor services.
