SD-WAN/Network Upgrade

The Riverside Transit Agency (RTA) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for a network switch replacement, patch panel re-cabling/cable management, and an SD-WAN-based redundant wide area network (WAN) and internet solution. The project requires a State of California C-7 Low Voltage Systems Contractor or C-10 Electrical Contractor license. The scope of work includes replacing network switches, re-cabling patch panels, and implementing an SD-WAN solution using Palo Alto and CradlePoint equipment. The project is estimated to last 120 days and is subject to prevailing wage laws. • The proposal must include a technical proposal, price form, and required forms. • The contractor must register with the California Department of Industrial Relations and comply with prevailing wage laws. • The contract will be a firm-fixed price contract, and the contractor must submit certified payroll records directly to the DIR Compliance Monitoring Unit (CMU) and RTA. • The contractor must also comply with the California Apprenticeship Council's requirements for apprenticeship training contributions. • The contract is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the proposed agreement, including the scope of work, payment terms, and termination clauses.
