Description
The California Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide home health care services at the Lancaster Veterans Home. This solicitation is open to certified Small Business (SB) firms only. The term of the agreement is from February 1, 2026, or upon approval, whichever is later, through January 31, 2029. The agreement includes various exhibits, such as a scope of work, equipment list, budget detail, and payment provisions.
• The contractor will be responsible for providing home health care services to veterans at the Lancaster Veterans Home.
• The agreement includes a rate sheet and a budget detail exhibit.
• The contractor must comply with the terms and conditions of the agreement, including the HIPAA Business Associate Agreement.
• The agreement is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the California Department of General Services.
