Enterprise Portfolio Management Tool

The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking a cloud-based Enterprise Portfolio Management Tool (EPMT) to replace its current on-premises Planview system. The EPMT should support the development, implementation, and management of a standardized portfolio management framework, provide guidance on IT portfolio management requirements, and enhance integration with existing platforms. The contractor will be responsible for licensing, technical implementation, configuration, data migration, and integration with existing enterprise systems. The EPMT should also provide workflow designs, templates, security roles, documentation, and training materials. The contract will include one base year and four option years, with a minimum system availability of 99.9% during government business hours.
