RFP 2026-007 Employee Health Benefit Service

The County of Webb is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive employee health benefits administration and related services for its self-funded benefit programs. The selected vendor(s) shall demonstrate the capability, experience, and financial strength to deliver high-quality services for the following components: ASO Medical, Stop Loss, Pharmacy, ASO Dental, and Vision plans. The vendor will be responsible for administering and supporting the County's employee benefits programs, including providing all necessary labor, supervision, systems, and resources. Some key aspects of the job include: • Administering ASO Medical, Stop Loss, Pharmacy Benefit, ASO Dental, and Vision programs for public sector or similarly sized entities • Demonstrated financial stability and organizational resources • Qualifications and experience of key personnel assigned to the County’s account • References from current or past clients, particularly governmental entities • History of successful implementation and ongoing account management
