Description
The US Government Publishing Office is seeking a contractor to print 750 stapled copies of the Charleston CMOP Employee Handbook. The handbook is a 30-page booklet that must be printed in digital color, with the last page left blank. The contractor must also shrinkwrap the booklets in units of 50 and deliver them to the Charleston CMOP in Ladson, SC. The contractor will be responsible for performing a basic check of the furnished publishing files to ensure correct output and for creating or altering any necessary trapping, setting proper screen angles and screen frequency, and defining file output selection for the imaging device being utilized.
* The contractor must provide a W-9 form before payment can be made.
* The contractor must submit quotes via the Quick Quote system.
* The contractor must provide a press quality PDF soft proof for content only.
* The contractor must deliver the final product by 12/23/2025.
* The contractor must notify the ordering agency on the same day that the product ships/delivers via email.
