Description
The US Army is seeking a contractor to provide ground maintenance and tree assessment services at USAG Wiesbaden, Germany. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, with a guaranteed minimum of EUR 1,500 and a maximum of EUR 6,250,000. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials to perform the services. The services will include grounds maintenance, tree assessment, and landscaping for Army Family Housing and Operations and Maintenance areas.
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
• The contractor must provide a firm fixed price for the services.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental protection and labor laws.
• The contractor must provide a detailed plan for performing the services, including a schedule and milestones.
• The contractor must have experience in providing similar services to the US military or other government agencies.
