Description
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for the Ford City Field Office in Pennsylvania. The contract will be for a base year with four option periods, and the contractor will be required to provide general office cleaning, interior window cleaning, and other janitorial services. The contractor will need to provide all necessary equipment, supplies, and labor to perform the services. Some key responsibilities of the contractor will include:
• General cleaning of the interior of the building, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and cleaning surfaces
• Trash removal and disposal
