PELLISSIER RANCH SOLICITATION FOR MASTER DEVELOPER

The City of Riverside is seeking a Master Developer for the Pellissier Ranch site, a 227-acre property located in the City of Colton. The City is looking for a developer with experience in large-scale, multi-phase projects, and the ability to provide a comprehensive proposal that includes conceptual plans, a business offer, and a financial plan. The proposal should demonstrate an understanding of the City's goals and challenges, and include a plan for community and stakeholder engagement. The selected Master Developer will be required to negotiate and execute an agreement with the City, and will be responsible for all entitlement approvals, coordination with the City of Riverside, and any required CEQA review and compliance.
