Description
The University of Maine System is seeking responses to provide On-Call/As Needed Mechanical and Equipment Services. The services include mechanical services, gas and oil boiler services, HVAC services, refrigeration services, food equipment repair services, air compression technician services, life safety services, generator technician services, and radio technician services. The contract will be for a term of 5 years with an option for an additional 5-year renewal. The University is looking for respondents who can provide these services on an on-call basis, with the ability to respond to service requests in a timely manner.
• The services will be provided to the University's Department of Facilities Management.
• The contract will be awarded based on a 100-point scale, with 40 points for cost evaluation, 10 points for master agreement, and 50 points for organization, qualifications, experience, and references.
• The University reserves the right to award multiple contracts per trade.
• The contract will be subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the University's Master Agreement.
