4130--Supply: Chiller Rental

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to supply temporary chillers for rental. The base period of performance is from February 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026. The contractor will be responsible for delivering and installing the new rental chillers, and coordinating with the existing contractor for removal of the existing temporary chillers. The VA expects the contractor to utilize the same electrical power feed supply and mechanical piping/hose connections as the existing temporary chillers. • The contractor must comply with VA standards for hurricane tie-down protection. • The contractor must coordinate with the Contracting Officer, Facility Point of Contact, Existing Contractor, and New Contractor for removal and new hook-up. • The contractor must utilize the same electrical power feed supply from the MEP Gear Room. • The contractor must utilize the same mechanical piping/hose connections points in the Chiller Plant (A) & (B).
