Third Party Support for Servers and FC Switches

The Library of Congress requires a Support/Maintenance services contract for several hardware components, including older servers and MDS Fiber Channel (FC) switches that are no longer supported by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) due to their age. The selected contractor will provide a consistent reliable source of parts replacement for failed hardware. The contract will be for a period of one year, starting from March 31, 2026, and ending on March 30, 2027. The contractor must provide a firm fixed price for each contract line item number (CLIN) and a company build-up quote consisting of a firm fixed price for each item being procured. • The contractor must describe how support tickets are managed, including escalated tickets. • The contractor must describe the process for viewing the status on support tickets. • The contractor must provide information on the levels of support they provide and what level of support will be used to support this requirement. • The contractor must provide a completed and signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) form if they require the full street address for the Library Data Centers. • The contractor must acknowledge the solicitation and any amendments to confirm they have read and agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this solicitation.
