Videography & Photography Services

The City of Upper Arlington is seeking proposals from qualified videographers and photographers to provide professional-quality media services. The selected vendor will serve as an extension of the City's Communications Division, producing videos and photography of City events, programs, services, and key community partnerships. The contract will require the proposer to indemnify and hold harmless the City, its employees, and agents, from any liability for claims, damages, losses, and expenses. The proposer will also be required to maintain workers' compensation insurance and provide proof of coverage to the City. Some key aspects of the job include: • Producing high-quality videos and photography of City events and programs • Serving as an extension of the City's Communications Division • Indemnifying and holding harmless the City, its employees, and agents • Maintaining workers' compensation insurance • Providing proof of insurance coverage to the City • Withholding City income taxes due or payable under the provisions of the Income Tax ordinance • Signing a tax affidavit as required under section 5719.042 of the Ohio Revised Code
