Description
The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) Division of Information Technology is conducting market research to shape its future enterprise laptop acquisition strategy. The agency seeks vendor input on traditional purchase, Device‑as‑a‑Service (DaaS), hybrid, and other commercial models for a fleet of at least 6,300 laptops (including AI‑enabled devices, docking stations, and wireless peripherals). Respondents must address refresh cycle timing, total cost of ownership comparisons, lifecycle management, deployment, warranty, and service considerations. The RFI also requests pricing tables and insights on mitigating budget spikes, supply‑chain risks, and transition logistics.
