Description
The Office of State Procurement is seeking bids for the removal and replacement of chiller condenser coils for the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts (NOCCA). The job requires the removal of two damaged condenser coils and the installation of two new chiller condenser coils. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and services necessary to complete the job.
Key aspects of the job include:
• The contractor must have a Contractor's License Number in the appropriate classification(s) such as building construction and/or air conditioning work, ventilation, refrigeration, and duct work.
• A job site visit is required prior to bid opening, and the contractor must provide a completed Attachment B - Jobsite Verification Form or a signed letter from the agency representative stating that the vendor has visited the jobsite.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations, including those related to accessibility and non-discrimination.
• The contract may be extended for 2 additional 12-month periods, with a total term not exceeding 36 months.
