Michigan State University is seeking a cloud‑based SaaS platform that integrates curriculum, catalog, and syllabus management into a single enterprise solution. The system must sync with Oracle Campus Solutions 9.2, support role‑based access, meet WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards, and be FERPA‑compliant.
