Description
The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids for Reflective Sign Support Strips. The contract is open-ended and continuing, and the vendor will be required to provide the strips in various colors, including fluorescent yellow, fluorescent yellow green, red, and white. The strips must meet specific requirements, including being manufactured on 0.080 IN aluminum with ASTM TYPE XI or IV Retroreflective Sheeting. The vendor must also provide quarterly reports and annual summaries to the agency.
• The contract items include four different types of reflective sign support strips.
• The strips must be 4" X 72" in size and have four predrilled 3/8 IN holes.
• The vendor must supply the strips in bundles of ten, with each bundle secured and stacked to prevent scratching the retroreflective surface.
• The vendor must accept payment in accordance with the payment procedures of the State of West Virginia.
• The vendor must deliver standard orders within 45 working days and emergency orders within 5 working days.
