The Arizona Department of Education is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver the Principals’ Leadership Academy, a comprehensive principal‑level coaching and mentoring program. The contractor will design, develop, and facilitate six full‑day academy sessions, provide individual two‑hour coaching sessions (minimum two in‑person per client), submit post‑session reports, and attend monthly online meetings with ADE. Compensation is fixed per client, ranging from $5,000‑$7,500 for the first client and $4,000‑$6,500 for each additional client, with travel costs bundled. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price, indefinite‑quantity award for an initial one‑year term, renewable up to five years.
